Through Advisory, Ballard & Company, Ltd. partners with our clients through educating clients and implementing tax efficient business strategies.
As a Staff member, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to
Proactively interact with clients and members of the client service team to prepare financial reports and analytical reports
Perform accounting and bookkeeping services for clients
Develop your advisory and maintenance knowledge, skills, and abilities for continued growth and responsibility opportunities
Qualifications
Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to set and work with goals, objectives, and deadlines
Experience with General Ledger, Payroll, Payroll Reports and Financial Statements a plus
Bachelor of Science in Accounting preferred or experience equivalent

- Proactively interact with clients and members of the client service team to prepare tax returns for all types of entities and individuals
- Perform research and document well supported conclusions
- Develop your advisory and maintenance knowledge, skills, and abilities for continued growth and responsibility opportunities

- Follow regulations and professional ethics of the AICPA and the State Society

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting preferred or experience equivalent
